Przelewy24

Przelewy24 has been one of the most used ways to pay online in Poland since 2004. Your customer selects their bank from more than 165 Polish banks, logs in to their online banking and approves a transfer that Przelewy24 fills in for them. The Przelewy24 page also offers BLIK, so your customer can pay with their bank or their BLIK code in one place.

How your customer pays with Przelewy24

Your customer selects Przelewy24 in the Rootline checkout, or on your own page when you use the redirect integration.
Rootline sends your customer to Przelewy24, where they select their bank or BLIK.
Your customer approves the payment in their online banking or banking app.
Your customer returns to your return_url.

The return to your return_url does not confirm the payment. Rootline receives the result from Przelewy24 separately, so use webhooks to get the final payment status.

Let Rootline handle the payment method selection. Start the payment by sending a payment request with the details below. Przelewy24 needs your customer's email address, so always send it in the customer.email field.

The API returns a next_action object with a checkout_url. This URL leads your customer to the Rootline checkout page, where they select their payment method and enter their payment details.

Seamless redirect from your website to Przelewy24

You can send your customer from your own page straight to Przelewy24, without showing the Rootline checkout. Your customer selects the payment method on your page. To mark the payment as a Przelewy24 payment, add payment_rails.payment_method with the value przelewy24 to the request above. Keep customer.email in the request:

Use the redirect URL in the response to send your customer to Przelewy24. After the payment, your customer returns to the return_url you provided.
